Generate Store Structure
Runs the Build OS Core generators in sequence: build_site_architecture.py
(collections + sitemap), build_schema_map.py (Schema.org map),
ucp_readiness.py (agent-commerce readiness view).
This demo project already ships with hand-authored, previously
accepted artifacts -- re-running generation here would overwrite them with the
coarser auto-heuristic output, so it is disabled for demo projects.
